Muscle Beach Philippines is the summer event that shouldn’t be missed. They may not match the perfection of the gods of Olympus but it’s probably pretty darn close, with women champions whose physiques can make FHM blush!
This summer, GooZam with The Fitness Hub and GIGEN EVENTI brings to you Muscle Beach Philippines 2017, at the fabulous Boracay Peninsula Resort on Boracay Island. Muscle Beach Philippines 2017 is an immersive experience that will take the event participants into the world of Muscle Beach Venice Beach, California. Organized with the participation of Sherwin Sy, Mr. Philippines Bodybuilding event 2014 organizer, tied-in with the social good mission of GooZam.
Jewel Karunungan, NPC Grand Prix LA 2017 Figure Class champion and the International Classic Figure category champion at Muscle Beach Venice 2016, will show-off her competition winning poses during the event.
Eryk Bui, an IFBB Pro, two time NPC champion (2002 and 2004) and head judge of the Muscle Beach Venice California bodybuilding event, will grace the event.
Venue Boracay
Boracay Island is a white sand island 315 kilometers south of Manila off the coast of Caticlan in Panay Island. Boracay Island has been recognized as one of the world’s best beaches and is very popular among foreign tourists to the Philippines as well as local tourists that converge on the island’s beaches year-round, but most especially during the summer season in the Philippines. The island has world-class beach resorts, golf course, and a multitude of recreational and sea sports to offer visitors as well as boat trips to surrounding islands in Panay and the Romblon Islands area. Boracay is the best venue for Muscle Beach event because of its global popularity and recognisability as well as the incredible scenery it has that will be the perfect backdrop for the event and what else would you look for?
The Event
The primary activity for the event will be the men’s and women’s bodybuilding and physique competition. There will be peripheral events that will feature music, retail, exhibits, and interactive activities that will immerse event participants and the public in the world of Muscle Beach California.
Presenters
GooZam (Good Samaritan) is a population health and emergency first response app and infrastructure which hails a philosophy and movement bound to social good through rescue. Now with integration partnership with Facebook, all of Facebook’s 1.5 billion user base can reach their friends through the app’s crowdsource feature when an emergency occurs. Geo-context, Google Maps navigation, simplifies the process further by enabling responders and geovolunteers to find any of the distressed users.
